Honest stub for beta, not lawyer-final. SomaChat stores the account you create, the product documents you paste, and the threads you start.
Account data lives in our database (currently Neon Postgres) keyed to your login. Tenant sites keep a site key, allowed origins, and the documents you add in Admin.
Embed visitors get an anonymous cookie so a thread can continue. We do not sell chat transcripts. LLM drafts see the documents you loaded for that site so they can answer.
Export and delete-account are on the development list. Until they ship, email hello@somaos.com.au and we will remove a beta account by hand.
